2. Stanford University – 74

Stanford University is located in California, and it is not an Ivy League school. There are those who often believe Stanford is an Ivy League school due to its prestige, but it is not, contrary to popular thought. However, Stanford has produced a number of billionaires. This is most likely the result of Stanford’s proximity to Silicon Valley, where so many alumni work. Yahoo co-founder, Jerry Yang, is a graduated of Stanford, and he has recently been elected to serve on the university’s board of trustees.
